At customer satisfaction is always our top priority. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. 

Items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days from the date you sign for the delivery. Purchases made via the Internet or via mail order cannot be returned to one of our stockists. Should you decide you want to return/exchange an item (whether for a refund or exchange)  contact us to

All sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

All return items must be returned to us in their original UNUSED, UNWORN CONDITION, UNWASHED in a saleable condition with all the original packaging and tags still attached, and with proof of purchase.

They must not have odours of smoke, perfume, pets etc.

They must not have makeup/tan marks (clothes) or scuffs (shoes).

Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied. In this case, we will also not be responsible for the cost of returning it to the customer.

We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. 

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the return postal costs.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).


Due to the genuine nature of the clearance sale, products marked as “Final Sale, no returns” on the product page or invoice, cannot be returned.

 Return shipping costs

Shipping costs for any un-damaged or non flawed items are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for the return costs except in the case where you are returning an item as faulty. The cost of the return for faulty goods in the refund once provided with evidence of the receipt for postage.

If a return item is misplaced in the post, it is up to the customer to investigate the matter with the postal or courier service they used. We recommend that you take care with the option you choose for postage and keep any track and trace numbers as the package is the responsibility of the customer until delivered and signed for by us.


Hosiery cannot be returned once tried on for hygiene reasons.
